• When initiating a support ticket (via app, email, or phone), your name, organization name, time zone, phone number, email address, account details, and shipping address may be requested and recorded.


• Additionally, when interacting with QuizWiz, you supply content and information that undergoes processing through advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This AI-powered system intelligently analyzes and extracts essential details from the provided content to generate quizzes that correspond to the information you’ve provided. This AI-driven process significantly contributes to enhancing the quiz generation experience, ensuring precision and relevance in the quizzes created from the content you provide.

Data we collect from you
Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information. QuizWiz is not responsible for data collection by applications not owned or developed by OneScreen. For applications co-developed by OneScreen and a third-party, OneScreen and the respective third-party both will have access to data. However, that data will be secured against loss, theft, unauthorized use, access or modification and will not be made available to any third party.
Disclose with legal reasons
We will share your data outside of us if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the data is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or we need to disclose to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;

Data processing of information from Google APIs
When you use the third-party social login or cloud storage service through QuizWiz Account (only apply to the use of QuizWiz Account system), we will collect your Google/Microsoft account information, including your registered email address, user name, email verification information, for the sake of user identity verification. In no event shall we store or use your Google account information or cloud storage resources unless at your command.
QuizWiz greatly enriches the user experience by harnessing the capabilities of the Google Drive API (granting read-only access to import content) and the Google Forms API (solely for exporting generated quizzes). The read-only access to Google Drive empowers QuizWiz to retrieve text-based materials, facilitating the creation of quizzes based on user-provided content. This integration streamlines the process for users allowing seamless importing of resources from their Google Drive into QuizWiz. Moreover, QuizWiz offers users the functionality to export quizzes to Google Forms, ensuring secure storage of the resulting forms within their Google Drive. It’s essential to highlight that QuizWiz does not undertake the management of editing or deletion of these forms; rather, its core emphasis remains on proficient form creation and secure retention. The strategic utilization of these APIs underscores QuizWiz’s commitment to maintaining a robust platform for importing content and exporting quizzes while prioritizing data security and fostering smooth user interactions within the Google Drive and Google Forms environments.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs within QuizWiz Account to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
4. How do we store and protect your information?
We securely store your data at our global server in region [USA], we will take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and against loss, theft and unauthorized use, access or modification.
We store your data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. Once the aforesaid situation happens, we will delete and anonymize your data.
However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify you and/or the authorities.

Delete your account: If you choose to delete your account:

• All information regarding your account, quizzes, and settings will be permanently deleted. For legal reasons, we will retain only your email address and billing history.
• You will not be able to retrieve your account.
• The account will be deleted immediately for free or trial subscriptions, but for paid subscriptions, it will be deleted after the billing period ends.
• No refund will be claimed.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.By using the services you acknowledge that you are atleast 13 or that you are parent or guardian of such a child and provides consent to such child dependent’s user of the services
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
